Since its creation, R-ace GP has coached a number of drivers, some of whom have gone on to achieve great success in motorsport. Today, they are showcasing the team’s excellence around the world. Here’s a look at some of R-ace GP’s greatest successes.

Gabriel Bortoleto
Gabriel joined R-ace GP in 2022 to take part in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine. During that season, he took two wins, two pole positions and five podium places, finishing sixth overall. After his stint with R-ace GP, Gabriel continued his progress by winning Formula 3 in 2023, followed by the Formula 2 title in 2024. These consecutive successes led him to join the Sauber team in Formula 1 for the 2025 season.

isack Hadjar
Isack Hadjar joined R-ace GP in 2021 to compete in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine. He made his mark with two victories, including a prestigious one in Monaco, and several podium finishes. He finished fifth in the championship and was designated best rookie. His rise continued in Formula 3 in 2022, where he proved his worth by finishing fourth in the championship. In 2023, he moved up to Formula 2 and had an impressive season, finishing runner-up. His performances opened the door to Formula 1, and in 2025 he was confirmed as a Racing Bulls driver.

OSCAR PIASTRI
Oscar signed with R-ace GP in 2019 for his second season in Formula Renault Eurocup. After seven wins, five pole positions and eleven podium finishes, he clinched the championship title with the French team. The first of many. The Australian continued his career with flying colours, winning Formula 3 in 2020 and Formula 2 in 2021. These impressive performances led him to become a reserve driver for Alpine in Formula 1 in 2022, before becoming a regular driver with McLaren in 2023. Since then, Oscar has won two Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Robert Shwartzman
Robert joined R-ace GP in 2017 for his second season in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0. During the season, he won six races and took seven poles. He finished third in the drivers’ championship. After his stint with R-ace GP, he finished third in Formula 3, before winning the title the following year in 2019. He then moved up to Formula 2, finishing second in 2021. He made his endurance debut in 2023, joining the AF Corse team to compete in the World Endurance Championship (WEC). In 2025, he took part in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES.

LOGAN SARGEANT
Logan began racing with R-ace GP in 2017 and took part in the final rounds of the NEC. In 2018, he returned to the French team for a full season in Formula Renault Eurocup. He finished fourth in the championship with three wins, seven podiums and two pole positions. In 2020, he finished third in Formula 3. He made his Formula 1 debut in 2023 with Williams, running until August 2024.

Esteban Ocon
Esteban joined R-ace GP in 2013 to compete in the Formula Renault Eurocup and a number of NEC rounds. He scored the team’s first win and finished third in the Eurocup drivers’ championship. After his experience at R-ace GP, Ocon continued his career and won the European F3 Championship in 2014. He made his Formula 1 debut in 2016, before continuing with Force India and then Renault (which became Alpine in 2021) until 2024. Since 2025, he’s an Haas driver.

PIERRE GASLY
In 2012, Pierre signed up to R-ace GP for the Formula Renault Eurocup and NEC championships. He finished on the podium three times and took pole position. He made his Formula 1 debut in 2027 with Toro Rosso, before joining Red Bull Racing in 2019. After a return to Toro Rosso ( renamed AlphaTauri), he took his first win at the Italian Grand Prix in 2020. In 2023, he joined Alpine alongside another Frenchman, Esteban Ocon.

Nyck de vries
For his first season in Formula Renault in 2012, Nyck chose R-ace GP. He finished fifth in the Eurocup with two podium finishes. Winner of the Formula 2 championship in 2019, he made his Formula E debut in early 2020 with Mercedes. He became Champion of the 2020/2021 season. He then made his Formula 1 debut in 2022 with Williams, before joining AlphaTauri in 2023. The Dutchman became a driver for Toyota Gazoo Racing in the 2024 season of the World Endurance Championship (WEC) and returned to Formula E for the 2024/2025 season.
