Since its inception, R-ace GP has trained many drivers. Some have since then, worked their way up into other motorsport categories, and showcased the R-ace GP training all around the world. Sample some of the greatest successes made in R-ace GP.

Robert Shwartzman

Robert joined R-ace GP in 2017 for his second Formula Renault Eurocup season. He won 6 races and finished 3rd in the drivers’ standings. Two years later, he wins the Formula 3 championship with Prema. In 2020 and 2021, he executes two seasons consecutive in Formula 2, he will finish 4th and 2nd in the championship with Prema Team. In 2022, he becomes reserve driver in Formula 1 for Ferrari.


Oscar piastri

Oscar started Formula Renault Eurocup and NEC in 2018 with Arden, a team with which he had finished 2nd in British F4 the year before. In 2019, for his second season in the discipline, Oscar chooses R-ace GP and will go for the title of Formula Renault Eurocup 2019 champion. In 2020, he win the Formula 3 then the Formula 2 in 2021 during these first consecutive years. After that’s, he becomes a reserve driver in Formula 1 for the Alpine Team. In 2023, He will start his first season in Formula 1 with Mclaren.


Pierre Gasly

In 2012, Pierre signs for R-ace GP for the Formula Renault Eurocup and NEC championships. There, he makes 3 podiums and 1 pole position. Since summer 2017, he’s a Formula 1 permanent resident, first as a Toro Rosso driver and now racing for Red Bull Racing alongside Max Verstappen, before to comeback with Alpha Tauri during 2019 seaon. Pierre continues with Alpine F1 Team.


Esteban Ocon

Esteban joins R-ace GP in 2013 to take part in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, as well as some meetings of NEC. He gets the first race win of the team and finishes 3rd of the drivers’ championship in Eurocup. Formula One driver from 2016 to 2018, he’s now the reserve and development driver for Mercedes, reigning world champion team. He will returns to highest level in the 2020 season with Renault F1 Team. In 2021, the team change his name for Alpine F1 Team.


Nyck de Vries

For his first season in Formula Renault, in 2012, Nyck chooses R-ace GP. He finishes 5th in Eurocup with 2 podiums, and 10th in NEC with 1 win, 1 pole position and 4 podiums. He’s wins the Formula 2 championship with French team ART Grand Prix in 2019. End of 2019 start of 2020, he will make his entrance in Formula E with Mercedes. The season 2020/21, Nyck becomes world champion in Formula E. In 2022, he will be the reserve driver at Mercedes and Williams F1. In 2024, the dutch driver to compete in WEC with Toyota.

logan sargeant

Logan signed with R-ace GP in 2017 to take part in the final rounds of the NEC championship. In 2018 He re-signed with R-ace GP and completed the whole campaign. He finished 4th in the Championship with 3 wins, 7 podiums and 2 pole positions. At the end of 2022, the American driver was announced at Carlin for his first season in Formula 2. He also became a reserve driver for the Williams F1 Team. To date, Logan Sargeant is a full time driver for Williams.
